We are combining the benefits of a live class with independent study and a final in person class that's sure to prepare you for your upcoming Hypnobabies birth. Here's how:

3. Give us a call to schedule your private session that should take place just after the fifth week of class.

4. Your Hypnobabies Instructor will be in contact

Week by week you can expect the following:

Contact with the instructor for information with regard to your practice when needed.
Be challenged to keep up with the weeks assignments in preparation for the next week ensuring you are well prepared for your upcoming birth.

On week six, you'll meet for a live in person class with your certified instructor. Our live class will include the following:
